I’m am proud U.S. Air Force veteran and former intelligence analyst with 15 years of service. Years defined by discipline, mission-focus, high performance and perfectionism. I knew how to achieve, how to perform, and how to survive but I didn’t know how to feel.

Like so many women in high-pressure careers, I learned to silence my emotions, my intuition, and my voice. I showed up for everyone else while quietly unraveling inside. Over time, that silence became illness- an autoimmune disease, anxiety, and PTSD. My body started expressing the truths I refused to.

My healing began the moment I turned inward and reclaimed the parts of myself I’d abandoned. Through therapy, holistic medicine, ancestral connection, parts work, and sound healing, I began releasing generations of conditioning, compliance, and silence. Layer by layer, I stepped out of survival mode and into sovereignty.

As I healed myself and my lineage, the gift I had carried since childhood — my voice — awakened on a deeper, spiritual level. Singing became more than expression; it became frequency, liberation, and medicine. Through Reiki, sound, breath, and intuitive vocal work, I discovered how powerful the voice can be as a tool for emotional and energetic transformation.

Now, I support women in returning to their truth, by guiding them out of survival patterns and into their own power. My work blends energy healing, ancestral wisdom, self-love, and vocal frequency to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and awaken the parts of you that have been silenced for far too long.
